Painful acne/TTC

Experiencing painful acne mostly near eyebrows to ears area, jaw line area, and chin area, some cheek area. Small, little, painful, hard bumps some black and some white, don’t like to pop any. Also oily skin.

Been using aveeno clear complexion but not helping. Have tried neutrogenia, cetaphil, clearasil equate brand, and aveeno all with no resolution.

Any suggestions??? I need help and I need this pain gone!!😩 Currently TTC so nothing that would mess the journey up and would be safe for pregnancy since that is the main goal! 😄 TIA
