When should I install the babies car seat?

Currently 33+ 2 ; ftm. My mom had me and my brother 36/37 weeks idk if that’ll mean I’ll go early or not.

I would wait until your in labor because anytime before that its risky if you get in a car accident you have to replace it

I put the base in at 37 weeks and only put the car seat in on our way to the hospital to have her

I installed the base at 36 weeks and put the car seat with our bags for the hospital. They all went out at the same time.

If you have a traditional car seat would install the base now and then put the car seat in at 37/38 weeks. If you have a convertible car seat I would put it in at 38 weeks.
