Hi, well all my life I've had heavy flow. But slme time ago I was diagnosed anemic. I've been struggling with it for a long time. Can't take contraceptive pills for they make me have migraines all the time. This period I've been feeling dizzy almost all the time. Can anyone tell me if they feel dizzy? Or someone who had been through anemia can give me some advice?

The heavy blood loss can cause anemia. Taking an iron supplement will help. Ask your doctor for a prescription or if you can get one over the counter. And dizziness, unfortunately, is due to low levels of hemoglobin in the red blood cells - where not enough oxygen is reaching your brain.

Just take a good iron supplement as prescribed by your doctor and you should be fine in a few months.
If it's really low your doctor can prescribe a drip.
Dizziness is normal for me from time to time. I've been struggling with anaemia since I was a teenager
