Day 10 red blood in clear discharge?!

Hey ladies,

My periods are normally 7 days long so it just ended. I’m at day 10 of my cycle today. I went for a run for the first time in like.. god knows, haha. The route was a rather hilly one and I was quite winded after that. Everything was fine after that, until I went to pee and wiped. There was some red blood in my clear discharge.

I don’t know if that’s normal?! It has happened before and tracking back, I notice that it usually happens between days 10-14. I thought it’d be like ovulation bleeding but my cycle is normally 32 days? And this doesn’t seem to happen every cycle. It’s quite sporadic.. so I just wanted to ask if anyone else has had the same / similar experience cos I’m kinda freaked out? 😭

Note: I had (period) sex on days 5 and 6. Not sure if that affects anything but I’m just gonna throw this out here.
