Vitex help! & Ovulation

Hey guys! I started taking Vitex on CD1 of this month thinking it would help with horrid PMS pain and stabilize my cycle (anywhere from 28-34 days) I started checking my opk on CD11 and had noticed a few days prior some EWCM after going to the bathroom but didn’t think much about it.

Now I’m getting concerned that Vitex has stopped my ovulation 😫 this was our first ttc month and I’m feeling pretty down about it

Has anyone else had experience with take Vitex that could provide me with tips/tricks and wisdom?
