Help 😫

Nicole • Married. TTC baby #1 while PCOS livin' ♡

I am in desperate need of trying to get my insulin under control. My dr has made it clear that if I'm able to change my eating habits and lose approximately 20 pounds, my chances of convincing increases significantly. I currently have PCOS and am insulin resistance. I've tried so many times to eat better and track my meals, but I fail miserably.. everytime I diet I feel like I have no self control and that my thoughts then revolve around what I'm going to eat next. I know this is completely unhealthy, but I'm so lost on what to do and I have no idea how to stop that type of thinking process... im currently 5'5 and 162 pounds.. any advice, tips or tricks would be GREATLY appreciated.
