My son will be 2 in October and he’s just started having melt downs and tantrums over the silliest little things. He screeches for attention and kicks and hits out when he doesn’t want to do something (like having his nappy changed, getting in his car seat etc) and it’s started getting to me. I’ve tried soothing him and being nice and gentle with him but every time he does it I can feel my tolerance dwindling.

I’m assuming this behaviour is normal, but anything I can do to help him calm down quicker or stop doing this so much?
