Period after baby

I’m just curious if anyone else’s period was different after baby or if they remained relatively the same? My daughter is a year old, but I just stopped bf and am now waiting for my second period. I used to have really bad cramps the first few days of my cycle before my daughter, but they would include bleeding and right now I am on day 5 of cramping and no af just yet. The cramps this time around are also a bit sharper then I remember. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

I should mention my first period seemed pretty similar to before so that’s the main reason for the concern. Thanks ladies!
