Help I’m struggling

Hi guys I’m Mari I’m 24 and got diagnosed with Pcos in April and I really don’t know how to cop with it :/ I had a miscarriage in oct 2017 and I still haven’t gotten over it :( me and my partner have been trying since November of 2018 this is before I found out I had pcos which makes sense why I was never getting a period 🙄 and It makes me so upset that people that I once hung out with got pregnant on accident when me and my partner have been trying i hate how easy it is for others when I have to struggle I started metftomin in April it helped me get my period 3 days after taking it and I didn’t get my period last month I took 3 pregnancy test and all were false I feel like giving up I’m hoping I get my period this month if not I don’t know what I’m gonna do
