Anxiety and sex..

In April I suffered my second miscarriage at 18 weeks. I had a D&E done and opted for the Nexplanon (arm implant) birth control because I don’t think i can get through another miscarriage. It’s been mentally exhausting. Since I’ve healed from my procedure, my fiancé and I have tried to be intimate a few times. Each time I end up having an anxiety attack and can’t do it. I’ve never been like this. I’ve talked to him about my feelings and he seems to understand..I just feel like my body failed my baby during the pregnancy and now I’m failing my fiancé. Has anyone else gone through anxiety like this after miscarriage? I just don’t wanna feel alone in this...
