Unstable Period??

Hey, I have a very personal question. Anyone here on their 20’s that have a very unstable period? Like my period could go months without it and then out of nowhere have it. Latest example is my last actual period was on June last year obviously, but on November I had a spotting for like 2 days, and then on February for about the same days. Now started having a crime scene basically since yesterday, but it is very overflowing during very early in the morning or nighttime. During the day is just some spotting. I haven’t gone to the doctor because is very expensive and I have no health insurance.
