Hematoma anyone experienced this ?

Really worried went for a 10 week scan and they can see bruising from a bleed in my womb and said to expect more bleeding I’m so worried something bad is going to happen anyone had any experience with this ?

I’ve had two and have had two healthy babies after each one. They resolved on their own with rest.

This is my first pregnancy and i had a hematoma at 8 weeks pregnant my doctor put me on bed rest and pelvic rest until 16 weeks im not 38 weeks and 3 days my baby is healthy and the hematoma disolved i didnt have any other comlications

Hematoma anyone experienced this ?
