Am I having contractions or is this just baby balled up real tight

Ok so I keep having to where I get a baddddd pain in my lower abdomen and then my stomach gets super hard and something sticks out. It reminds me of what it looked like when my first baby would ball up in a corner but that was way later in pregnancy. I’ll only be 18 weeks as of tomorrow and based on the size of this thing sticking up in my stomach I don’t think it’s baby cause it looks to big but then again I don’t know if it’s my uterus cause it’s really weirdly shaped when it happens. Idk what to think so I’m gonna add some pics to this post to see yalls opinions so please vote and then comment your opinions.
