Should I be worried

Okay so on Sunday I saw my boyfriend for the first time in three months and we had a “moment” but now I’m a little worried about something. So he’s had sex with one person just to put that out there. We started making out in the woods and he slid his hands in me and Ofc I enjoyed it and I went down on him but after that I made out with him more he put his fingers in his mouth and then back in me. Ever since then I’ve been really itchy and idk what it is. I’m concerned that the girl gave him something and he gave it to me... please what do I do?
