Painful Breastfeeding

I'm a First time mom and my baby is 23 days old. Initially she wouldn't latch but now that she has, it's excruciatingly painful. She basically crushes my nipples between her gums when feeding and breastfeeding has become something I literally dread. I thought it's a bad latch but no matter how many online video tutorials I watch and try, the baby latches like she wants to.

Please help me!!! Someone else in the same boat? What should I do? I don't want to feel this way and I want the pain to go away more than anything 😭
