my vagina entrance looks weird

So for the past two weeks i started having sex with my new boyfriend two times (i’m on the pill both times he’s came inside me and i’ve wiped it out with a wipe, he’s fingered me often, sometimes roughly), left my wet swimsuit bottoms on and gotten scented soap near my vagina. and today i looked down there and saw my vagina entrance is slightly swollen and a greyish purple color. there’s no pain or burn or itching sensation, no strange odors or discharge but im still nervous. am i being overdramatic or can this be a possible infection?
