Itching down there 😓

Since I got the depo shot on May 30th it took at least 2 days for my lady parts to be itchy and uncomfortable.. I have a theory it’s due to me being dry down there since my discharge has changed to 24/7 stretchy lubricating discharge to dry and white .. has anyone else experienced this ? It’s dry to the point where if I wipe myself to hard or rough I bleed so I must be extremely gentle if not my vagina well end up bleeding or swelling up .. I think that the depo shot caused this because before I got the shot I had no problem / struggles like this ... helppp? How do I stop the itching and dryness ?
