Ttc baby #2

So we are currently in the painful part of my cycle the waiting till I can take a test and I'm having some odd pain around my lower left side ... anyone else have that when getting pregnant with #2 after a c section? It's also on the side that I had surgery to remove a cyst back in Nov of 16 I had my c section in April of 18. Just wondering if I should be concerned my husband is worried somthing could be around because my stomach is also harder on the left
