Temp going down???? Help!!?

So we’ve been trying for a few months now with no luck. This is my first cycle of tracking my bbt The first two days my temp was 97.6 but the last two days it’s been 97.45. Isn’t it supposed to go up the closer you are to ovulation not down? 😱Glow says I’m due to ovulate in two days so now I’m starting to panic that maybe I’m not ovulating properly! Any pros out there have any thoughts?!

Mine was at 97.18 the day before ovulation and spiked up on ovulation day to 97.80 I even felt ovulation with cramps and had a peak that morning on my opk. Don’t stress it :)

Post your chart. You don’t want temps to rise throughout the cycle-you want temps after o to be higher than your temps before o. Read the info pinned to the top of the forum to know more what youre looking for :)

I apologize I don’t have much data on there yet so it probably won’t tell you much but this is my data from the last few days.
