34w6d Hospital trip EDD:7-11

So yesterday I went to work and my boss sent me home due to my ankles/feet swelling, and elevated blood pressure. Which my normal is usually 103/60 but yesterday was 149/89. She made me call my doctor and of course they wanted to monitor me, so I went in. Try to make the Story short, all labs came back normal, blood pressure dropped back down, swelling went down a little, of course my weight was 5lbs more than last app. which was a wk ago due to swelling, and he asked if I felt anything being that he noticed contractions on the board. I’m a FTM so of course I’m scared 💩less. He told me to keep my app. for next Thursday and discharge me. My ankles constantly feel like they are going to snap they are so sore to even touch due to swelling. I do wear compression socks but thats also painful. What do you recommend in the mean time as well? Can this baby come sooner🥺😬? My next app. Is 6/13 which will consist of my first vaginal exam/strep test.
