Send me your 8 weeks scan pics please?

Where we live the first scan is at 12 weeks. I was 4+2 when I found out and almost 6 now, I just don’t wanna wait another 6 weeks to see my little one😩 can you show me some 8 weeks scan pics? We’re thinking of booking a private scan at 8+1, just to see our little one. But it’s £60, and hour and half’s drive away. So just wondering if it’s worth it?

Not worth it. They look like packing peanuts at 8w 🤣
Wait until you're 12w.
3D scans aren't really good until you're 24w or more because before that your baby is very skeletal, they haven't really started to fatten up until then 😊

Not worth it unless you’re concerned, mine you can’t see anything but a ball 🏈 worth the wait12 weeks you can see little legs and arms and head...

All you ladies saying “not worth it” clearly aren’t psycho worriers like me 😭 I was so stressed about something being wrong so the only way I could calm myself down was to pay for a private scan which I had at 6w 😬
I truly applaud anyone that is able to wait for the standard 12w scan - I wish I could calm my nerves as I know it’s not good to feel worried all the time 😔

This was at 7 weeks and 4 days I think.

This was at 9 weeks.

I couldn't hear the heartbeat until my 12 week ultrasound, but seeing the flutters of the heartbeats was comforting that early on. If you want to get an early elective ultrasound, get it! I would wait until 8-9 weeks though. They're a bit less blobby.

Wait until 12 Weeks. This was mine @ 10+2. Only imagine how developed your LO's body will be @ 12 weeks!

I had my first ultrasound at about 7 weeks and  I have to wait until 20 weeks to get another ultrasound done 😭 I am so impatient! I'm 15 weeks right now and I want so badly to see my baby
