2 hours for naps in the day but she NEEDS to stay up from 4 pm to bed time or else she will not sleep at all lol.

I'm following Takingcarababies to help with our sleep problems and she recommended wake windows of 2-3 hours for 5/6month Olds. The plan is an hour nap, an hour and a half nap, and a half hour/45min nap to help her make it to bedtime.
