Sex and now Peeing Problems.... help please!!!

I had (bomb ass) sex this past weekend with my bf and since I was visiting for the weekend we did it a lot (PIV/ oral/ etc).

Now I’m having some strange problems like having to pee like every hour with out fail and I went on a run today and I think I peed my pants a little from running. I’m not sure what’s wrong,,,

I know it’s not a UTI cause I’ve had one before and it doesn’t burn or anything. I just have to pee a lot- and I’m not even drinking that much water so I’m not sure why this is happening.

Any ideas ladies??
