How do I remove myself from the community?

I’m a Premium user, and I’d like to keep using the app, but I really can’t stand the “community” part of the app. I get updates on my phone that say something like “What people are talking about on Glow ...” then it contains a link to a random post. I have zero interest in the socialization part of the app and I’m wondering how to make it so that I don’t get community updates? TIA
