NEED ADVICE🤭‼️

Ok so I lost my virginity a few days ago and I’m still bleeding a little bit not a lot to the point where I need to put on a pad but I’m still bleeding and its coming out with my discharge 🤦🏽‍♀️but thats not all I also have been using scented tissue and now it burns a little when I pee and that’s cause of the tissue. But why do I bleed when My discharge come out . PS. I just got off my period last week‼️‼️I lost it 2 days ago
