Hollistic pediatricians?

I'm looking for a pediatrician for qjwn my daughter is born and I was wondering how I could find the best one for my beliefs. What type of questions should I be asking to determine if it will be a good fit? I'm looking to delay vaccines and raise her vegan.

I’m going to raise my baby vegan so I just interviewed a few pediatricians in the area and asked them if they’re comfortable with it, and if they can help me make sure baby is getting everything they need. Not a single pediatrician questioned my choices. 
I plan on vaccinating on schedule, but about half the pediatricians happened to mention they were fine with a delayed schedule as long as they were getting vaccinated. You don’t need a “holistic” pediatrician to get the care you desire. ☺️

Oh man. Doctors in my area literally “fire” patients that want to do a delayed schedule. I don’t have kids yet, but my friend who is not vaccinating had to go though tons of doctors until she found a good fit! I feel as if it’s just trial and error unfortunately. Good luck!!!
