Drinking tons of water at night
So all day long I don’t have cravings for water. I still drink water of course. But when it hits around 8-10pm I feel like I’m literally going to die if I don’t drink a gallon of water lol. Then it back fires & I go pee 15 times in the middle of the night. Does anyone else get super thirsty at night ?
