Scared ectopic pregnancy ?

I’m pregnant, about 5 weeks or so, I’ve been having like a pressure feeling on my right side like near my ovaries but only on my right... my hcg is going up normally but I’m just scared also having a lot of gas cramps that are freaking me out  any advice experiences?

My doctor told me you often get a cyst on the ovary you ovulated from. With my first pregnancy I experienced pain on one side and I was afraid it was ectopic. That’s when he told me this. He did a blood test to check my levels to make me feel better and my numbers were going up the way they should. When I went for my ultrasound the tech looked at my ovary and showed me the cyst. I didn’t even mention my concern. Sure enough it was on the side I had the pain. She said “this is the side you ovulated from”. It’s pretty common.

I’m having the same issue- doc is keeping an eye on it but also said it could be a cyst.

If you are concerned definitely talk to your doctor. If they are not concerned I would try to not worry about it too much 😊
