Target breast pump program?

Has anybody had any experience with getting a breast pump through this program? I got an insert in my goodie bag for Registering at Target for my Baby shower and I was wondering what the experience was like? Has anybody done it?

They help provide a pump of your choice (they have a list to choose from but it has lots of options) how legit is it?
