Braxton Hicks?

Was wondering if anyone could give me more insight on what they feel like and how to know if it’s them or just some pregnancy pains/ cramping.

I’ve been having pains down low, sometimes one side, sometimes both, they don’t last long and aren’t regular- just a bunch throughout the day.

My first child I was induced and was having no contractions, then they put me on pitocin, I had a reaction to the pitocin and went from 0 contractions to non-stop contracting. Ended up having a c section

Sooo, I’m not exactly sure what normal contractions feel like.

Help please!
