Tips for someone with Endometriosis

I was diagnosed with endometriosis a couple of months ago after me husband and I had been trying to have a baby for 2 years. Three weeks ago I had the procedure done to take out most of my endometriosis and clean out my tubes. She also did an ablation of the endometriosis when in there. What are some tips for trying to get pregnant after this? Has anyone had this make a difference?
