2 Week Wait.. Again

Last Saturday while I was at work, I started having extremely sharp stabbing pains in my lower abdomen, mostly on my left side. Well, hubby and I went to the er where they confirmed I was pregnant again. Never been so sure with 4 urine samples a blood draw and an ultrasound. 😭 Well my first doc was worried because be thought a) I have a cyst again that has ruptured or b) baby is not where it should be. So, he transferred me to Greenville. After ultrasound they discovered that baby had a heartbeat but it was really slow.. Told me to call my ob and come back in in a week. Hospital scheduling called me today.. Two more weeks to find out if baby is okay. So nervous because I lost my first one last year. Anyone else told babys heart rate is too low...?
