When to start shopping?

So I’ve been going to stores & looking online and I am soooo tempted to buy baby stuff already 😫 but I’m only 12 weeks & I am so scared if I buy anything the same thing that happen to me last year might happen again I had a missed abortion at 13 weeks & I had already bought a few baby shoes the pain was so much worse looking at the baby shoes & knowing baby wasn’t ever gona wear them! How far along where you when you started baby shopping? Should I wait longer?

I did minimal shopping after we found out it was a girl at 18 weeks. My bf suggested we waited until after the baby shower, we ended getting everything we needed! So now I really just need to buy a diaper bag. Maybe wait it out if you can?(:

I started getting small things here and there for the nursery pretty early since we knew our theme at 10 weeks. I got some freebie boxes (target, amazon and noobie) ordered a pack of diapers at 15 weeks and my glider. Were spacing out our larger purchases so we dont have to buy them all at once. Next month well buy her dresser. My mil already got us a crib lol. Im 16 weeks. But get stuff when you want to, uts your timeline and nobody elses

I am 23 weeks and bought nothing yet! 
Same as you last year I found out I was pregnant but unfortunately I had miscarried 
We are planning to start buying when I am 28 - 30 weeks

I believe I waited til after 20 weeks to start buying baby stuff, but I was cautious not to over do it & just get the small things. Every person feels different on when to start and being cautious is not bad. I would go with what you feel and stay positive. Congrats and prayers for healthy rest of pregnancy.
