When does milk start coming in

I’m 37w tomorrow 
And being induced at 38w
I’m scared I won’t be able to breastfeed right away

You start producing colostrum kind as soon as your pregnant. 
Leaking does not indicate ability to breastfeed. 
You won’t have milk when your baby is born. You will have a very high in calorie, nutrient rich colostrum that only takes drops to provide your baby with what they need. 
Colostrum is very thick, oily and very hard to pump or hand express. Only drops come out at a time. Not really enough to pump due to most of it getting stuck in your pumping parts. You can hand express into a spoon if ever needed and can be spoon fed or syringe fed to your baby. 
Milk starts coming in between 2-7 days after delivery. And by delivery I mean the release/birth of the placenta. This activates a hormone to signal your body to start producing.

I actually have a question for all the replys. Im only 7 weeks and my first pregnancy. If u dont have breast milk as soon as u give birth what do u feed ur baby when its born until u produce breast milk?

I was induced at 38w. Colostrum came in after delivery and milk followed. I pumped to increase my supply as my baby was born with low blood sugar but no issues producing. The hormones released when you deliver (vaginally or c section) stimulates production
