Definitely worried myself

I noticed that my baby was making sounds at night during his sleep...it sound like he was humming. I then realized that it was wheezing. I also think he has retractions? He has a dry cough (but nothing else that would signal a cold) I am having my husband call the on-call nurse but something in me isn’t sitting right. I am nervous.
