31 weeks mucus plug??

I hit 31 weeks pregnant on Tuesday

the past two days I’ve had this stuff when I wipe. I’ve never had this big of a glob before though

This is my second pregnancy I had my first naturally at 39 weeks exactly

Could this be my mucus plug and if so do you think it’ll regenerate?

My husband leaves tomorrow for drill for 2 weeks but I heard you can’t have sex if you lost it do you think we will be fine tonight??

Sorry for so much extra info I don’t like bugging doctors unless I have to and I messaged them yesterday due to a dizzy spell that I almost passed out from and a head ache and they told me I was fine thanks!!!
