Don’t know what to think anymore, need help :(

I’m terribly afraid of getting pregnant, and despite being on the pill and not having sex for 2 years, i still get scared that I can still get pregnant because of misinformation on the internet. Things saying you can get pregnant from ANY contact with sperm, making me think I’m pregnant by touching objects in public places that may have had sperm on them and later touching myself, and ending up pregnant. There’s so much information I just don’t know what to believe anymore. Does abstinence actually even work? :( I’m so confused and anxious and sad. I don’t know what to do.
