Faint positive then second negative

So last month on 18th-24th I was ovulating and I had intercourse the 21st and 22nd and the 23rd was my ovulation day.. the 22nd my partner had said he cam in me a tiny bit then the rest he had p/o but when I had asked again and again he really kept changing his mind in if he had cam in me or not.. and now my period tracker says I was supose to start my period on the 5th and it’s now three days with no period.. and I’m freaking out
