IS THIS THING A JOKE?!?!

I grabbed a bag at my local target just now and the coupon book expired October 2018 🙄🙄

I also grabbed one while I was out with my mother in law a few weekends ago and that book was also expired 😐

Does anyone know if they actually honor expired coupons? I told the customer service rep that the book expired in 2018 and he was like "welllll we accept expired coupons so it should be fine."

I feel like that was a load of bullhonkey to make me go away though 😐
