Question?

I have pcos and I had intercourse with my husband the day after my period ended last month. I am now 13 days late with cloudy jelly like discharge. I've been nauseous had a lot of fatigue, dizzy, vivid dreams, and sore nipples. Now I dont know if I'm just late or if there is any possibility that I'm pregnant. (I'm 24 and it would be our 1st) can anyone shed some light and help me pretty please?
