So last night I told my boyfriend that his behaviour recently has made me feel like I’m an after thought and that I was feeling a little neglected. He started off by denying it and trying to turn it on me saying I was argumentative and all this. But then after like an hour of not talking he just comes out with “I think we got together at the wrong time” and that he’s “not ready” right now.

He said he wants to marry me in the future but right now he’s not ready to be in a relationship. I’m honestly really gutted and it’s taken me by surprise. We’ve been together for 11 months now and I feel like this bombshells been dropped. Also I’m thinking does he expect me to wait and save myself for him until he’s ready? I’m so confused and have no idea what to think 😔
