I started working at Starbucks last week, so everything is still super new to me and I’m trying to get used to it. Well today, I was working at the register taking costumers orders and this one guy orders a chai tea latte. Well it took my a minute to find it because I’m still getting used to the register and all that. So I told him “I’m so sorry I’m new here so I’m still trying to get used to everything” and he tells me “it’s okay take your time! My wife used to work at Starbucks so I know how stressful it can be” and so when I finally put in his order and made his drink and gave it to him, he tells me “you’re doing amazing by the way” I wanted to cry right then and there. I’ve had some rude ass costumers come in and get pissed off at me. He was so patient and kind I wish more people were like that 😭
