My face is covered in horrible acne and I've never had this problem before! Should I call my doctor?

I'm 18 years old and have had my fair share if breakouts but this is the worst breakout I have ever had. Usually I have painful cystic acne around my jawline but for the past few days my face has been covered in a ton of tiny whiteheads. I have no clue what could be from and I'm honestly a bit scared

These are just normal zits/blackheads from oil glands it looks like.. summer breaks me out really bad too cause of sweating alot. If it bothers you maybe go see a dermatologist. Otherwise wash your face and stay moisturized

I would check to see if you have any new allergies. Sometimes they can manifest through your skin. I have acne like that and I'm allergic to eggs and have a dairy intolerance + other intolerances. Good luck!!! I also recommend the face wash Purpose and clinique toner. It's the purple one with the number 2 on it for combination skin. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
