Yeast infection?

So obviously I’m kind of embarrassed cause this has never happened.
Has anyone had a yeast infection and treated it with other counter during pregnancy. Everything says it’s safe to use during pregnancy. I’ve done some researched and confirmed what it is. Just wondering.
Please no judgement. I’m almost 4.5 months along.

I promise you yeast infections are not embarrassing and like someone else mentioned it is common during pregnancy. I would just confirm with your doctor to be safe.

Yeast infections are actually very common in pregnancy. Nothing to be embarrassed about! Over the counter treatments are safe to use during pregnancy.

Your body has all kinds of weird things happening .... it doesn’t mean your not clean... I didn’t have yeast infection but I had some other kinda thing they gave me pills for... do t be embarrassed.... you’ll learn that after you give birth 😝 all your inhibitions go out the window.... this is my second and I totally told my step mom she could be in the room this time.... she doesn’t have kids of her own so she super excited.... I’ve known her for a while but she’s only been with my dad for 5 yrs

I had one this pregnancy, I've never had one before. I was embarrassed too but it happens. My doctor said to use 3 day monistat, not the 1 day as it makes you feel like your vag is on fire. Use the topical cream that comes with it. I also took baking soda baths. Took about 5-6 days to go away.

I get a yeast infection every time I’m pregnant !! So normal . As far as OTC meds .. make sure you do the longest day one you can find . Like the seven day . I know you just want it gone but the one day isn’t advised as much .

Why are you embarrassed? Most women will have at least one infection eventually. It just happens. They’re also very common during pregnancy. Call your Ob and ask what they recommend. They may give you a prescription or tell you to get Monistat 7.

Not everything is safe. Just ask the pharmacist. Don’t be embarrassed, bodies do what they need to.
