Should I worry? -Discharge Question

So for like a week I've been telling the doctor I've had a weird colored discharge but they tested it and said it was normal discharge. I've started wearing pads since I've had like watery white discharge heavy in the mornings the last couple nights and I keep thinking my water is breaking. Of course it's not. 😭 But I'm starting to get concerned about this discharge again and I'm not sure what to do. I drink lots of water and it's like thick so it's not urine from my best guess.
