Cramping after sex?

Is anyone else experiencing cramping after sex? It’s like similar to the stretchy cramping pain that I got when I was pregnant.
It’s like all day after we have sex and it’s really bumming me out

Yes I have been and its been pretty bad. Had sex last Sunday and I cramped for 2 days felt like my cervix and it was very sharp cramps. I did realise I was in my ovulation WINDOW (not good) so I'm putting it down to that. Maybe that's case for you?.  Not really having much sex at moment so I am just hoping it was ovulation
