Coffee while breastfeeding?

Hi mommas what are some recommendations for drinking coffee while feeding? I don’t want my baby to get gassy or fussy 😩 also how do you have your coffee ☕️

I wouldn’t survive motherhood without coffee! My doctor said that it shouldn’t affect the baby unless I’m drinking a bunch of it

I am EBF and have a venti iced coffee from
Starbucks every single day since birth and my doctor didn’t even bat an eye when I told him. Ya gotta live your life and with no sleep I truly can’t imagine not drinking my coffee!!!

I’ve been drinking coffee every morning since the hospital. I can’t get up without it. I think there’s no way of telling what exactly makes baby fussy or gassy. I drove myself crazy with my first thinking what am I eating to make her this way?

I usually have 2 cups a day and it hasn’t affected my 2 week old. My doc said it’s perfectly fine 😊
