Labor experience?

Anyone find out they were in labor and didnt know? Interested in hearing your stories. Congrats on the new moms! Baby #2 here due any day now!

With my first I went in for a stretch and sweep but they told me I’d probably have to go in the next day for induction they sent me home and told me to rest, this was at 5pm, at around 8-8:30 After f eking campy for the last 3 hours I said to my mum I think I’m in labour, keep in mind I was told I could feel cramps after the sweep, so she called the hospital and they said oh she’s young she’s probably not in labour but bring her down we will take a look at her and ease her mind, well we got in my dads mini van ( brand spanking new) I was in the back seat, and I had my feet up on his centre console and i kept saying I feel like I need to push and I feel pressure, so my dad doing 150km hr is y King don’t you have that baby in my new van lol we pull up to th hospital, I get in a wheel chair and we’re in the elevator, my water breaks and ad the doors open on labour and delivery she starts coming out, they manage to get me on a gurney in the hallway outside the elevator which is where she was born with no dr just some frantic nurses who told me I wasn’t in labour lol :)

I’m currently pregnant with my second I’m 38+2. With my first I was at home on a Friday with all my family there too and I was super uncomfortable as in my back hurt so bad and it was radiating down my legs too. I could hardly sleep that night because laying down only intensified the back pain. All Saturday was terrible too. Finally Saturday night (I was 39+4) after standing up crying leaning over my bed trying to sleep I went into L&D just to see if they would give me like Tylenol 3 or something to deal with the pain so I could go home and go to sleep. Turns out I was in labor and at a 5! I was always told it’s not labor unless you feel tightness and pain in your stomach and can time contractions. I had none of that at all, it was all in my back and just constant pain, so I didn’t even think it was labor at all! Thankfully now I know what back labor is and I know what to look for in case it happens again with this one!
