Will not sleep!!

My son will not sleep anymore. He has been sleeping in his own bed and able to fall asleep on his own since he was 3 months old. In the last 2 months, it’s like he doesn’t know how to sleep anymore. I can’t get him to fall asleep on his own anymore, even with cry it out. He can stand up so as soon as I lay him down he stands straight up in his bed and screams. He cries so hard that he almost pukes. I end up having to lay down in my bed with him until he falls asleep and then moving him to his crib. The worst part is that he MIGHT stay asleep in his room until 2am and then he’s up. I feed him and get him back to sleep but from then on, he rarely will stay asleep in his bed.

I am losing my mind, he’s sleeping in our bed half the night, and we’re creating awful sleeping habits. I get up at 6am every morning so I get desperate.
