What yogurts do you use?

Anyone use this one? I don’t want something with a lot of sugar. Should I stay away from flavored ones?

I give those to my baby!! She loves the banana, mango and the veggie ones purple carrots and sweet potatoes. Our Dr recommended this brand.

Plain whole fat Greek yogurt, I add my own stuff to it.

Chobani plain whole milk Greek yogurt is the best I could find in stores. Lowest amount of sugar (no added sugar, just natural yogurt sugars). I think the plain yogurts are probably better than the flavored ones, but having those on occasion should be fine too.

We use brown cow plain whole milk yogurt. She loves it! Sometimes I add banana and her oatmeal to make it thicker/filling
